Hannah the receptionist was really kind and helpful by all means .. she even helped us get our luggage transferred to another hotel in the old quarter as we went on a Ha Long Bay cruise after checking out from the Jade.
Even the manager of the hotel came to say goodbye and gave us a very nice souvenir when we checked out.

Breakfast was really nice, could choose from a buffet or they had a menu order. The balcony was a nice place to have a drink and the rooms are nothing fancy but very clean and beds very comfortable.
