Excellent hotel and staff! The hotel was very accommodating upon arrival. We were greeted with a warm towel and a welcome drink. The hotel itself is very beautiful and worthy of its 5 star rating! The room was small but nicely appointed. It’s an older building in the middle of old town Hanoi. It had a very classic feel. We had snacks and water in our room that were complimentary. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as any type of souvenir store that you could imagine. The Breakfast buffet was good but I got sick from something I ate there which was a bummer. I made it through 2 weeks in Thailand and Vietnam without getting sick and unfortunately it occurred here. It wasn’t too bad and it was actually the end of our vacation. Our flight left early on our departure and they prepared a to go breakfast for us. Overall I would definitely stay again but I will definitely be more careful at breakfast. Lol!

Breakfast was really nice, could choose from a buffet or they had a menu order. The balcony was a nice place to have a drink and the rooms are nothing fancy but very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helped us book a fantastic food tour and water puppet show! Would recommend!

The hotel is on a great location. Not far from local tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and it’s mostly flat.
