This hotel and staff is simply amazing! I have stayed at many hotels and this one is my favorite! First of all the room is wonderful and the view is so amazing! The river and mountains are beautiful. The balcony is so comfortable and has great views. The pool is beautiful with amazing views. Secondly, the staff are all amazing. They will help with anything at all that you need and go way above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot even describe their hospitality and kindness. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. You will definitely have everything you need and even feel like you are at home and part of their family! We will miss them and this hotel so much. It truly made us so happy and we miss the staff and hotel a lot!

Well located on the main street. Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast (included in the price) was OK. The pool had no view but it was long enough to swim laps - quite unusual. The owners will help you arrange anything (tours, motorcycles, rides) - though I suspect every hotel owner in the town does that for side income.

Just as in the photos. Best value for money. Would have happily paid more. The family is great. Very helpful. Food was excellent and some of the best we had in Vietnam. Good vegetarian options. They arranged pickup up from the airport and drop off to Hoi An for a fee. Got laundry done.
