El personal va ser molt amable i servicial. L'habitació era molt gran i neta. L'esmorzar potser un dels millors de tota la nostra estada a Vietnam. La situació de l'hotel és molt bona, prop de la ciutat imperial, s'hi pot anar a peu sense dificultat. Va resultar una estada molt agradable.
