Florence was such a delight. All staff are friendly and helpful. Also, they have free bfast and their food is very nice. Outside, the hotel doesn't seem appealing but when you go inside, it's nice and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, super clean and well appointed rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Sheets were crisp and clean and everything was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of options. Would definitely stay there again! One of the few places in all that we stayed at that offered conditioner for your hair as well as shampoo and soap, which was great!
