Most rooms have old carpets. We had to request a unit change. The unit numbers are missing, and some are incomplete. One of our windows did not have a handle. The place has a great potential, maybe a new management company will improve it. Some things were not thought through or planned for, such as the back door numbers (which are non existant), the parking, is a joke. The staff is amazing, the room is spacious, clean and the bed is super comfortable. The location is a little far out but the front desk was super helpful in arranging a ride if needed. It is a beautiful resort.
