We had a wonderful time together as a family with our two young daughters at the Jokelehof. The farm is both located between scenic mountains and was easily reachable by car. The very warm welcome by the whole owner family Albrecht immediately made us feel home - seeing also the cows and with how much care they received was not only joy for our kids. The most impressive highlight is the interior of the flat - made almost completely out of wood by very skilled carpenters from the region is certainly an art. It feels both comfy and luxury. Furthermore, the flat is fully equipped with anything you could need for cooking and making yourself a home - and beyond. For the kids there is an additional room for playing with lots of toys - also this is fantastic for times inside. The region enabled us many nice trips - including cable car rides, visiting mountains and lakes closely by car, experiencing first snow in early November and spa feeling at a nearby hotel. Thanks for the wonderful time and the joyful conversations!

Many good things to say and share for sure but you should absolutely book at least one Stay with this kind and amazing family in order to experience all the good things about them.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Mainly German-speaking staff but helpful and hospitable even when your own German isn't good enough. The staff made an extra effort for a special request I made before arriving, which was very good of them. Diedenskopf ski station is very close, and quite good at the top. The Warth lifts (Salober, JägarAlp, SteffisAlp are about 20-25 min by car). Note that the drive up can be difficult in freezing conditions with fresh snow and ice. There are buses as another option when conditions are bad. The breakfast is good and plentiful: juice, selection of healthy cereals, yoghurts, some fruit and salad, different types if bread, coffee. There is also ham and cheese, and usually an egg is offered. The restaurant also serves meals in the day and evening. The food is good and fresh and there is a lot of emphasis on using local and regional produce as much as possible.

Perfect place for skiing. Spacious and cozy place. The Host is very friendly.
