The villa has 4 bedrooms, the kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking the backyard is wonderful it has fish pond😍😍 the back door get you directly to the river😍 And the downtown is around 10mins walking! great, very spacious, kitchen equipped in all you may need, with comfortable dining table, balcony with lovely view. lots of storage. we were staying with dogs and that was not a problem - walking area starting just behind the house. free entry to Alpenthereme is a real bonus. skiing in Gastein is great - lifts are very close.
