We absolutely adore every aspect of this place! Our group of five is as enamored with it as its wonderful owner, Katharina! The interior design is truly enchanting, and the furniture is simply stunning. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially overlooking the lake! We've also enjoyed hiking trails right from the back of the property, surrounded by the captivating forest scenery.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, sleeping couch in the living room and a big terrace with a postcard-view. This apartment has everything: huge TV with Netflix and other streaming services, fireplace, large dining room table for playing board games or enjoying dinners, grill on the terrace, a whirlpool-bathtub and more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and dishes you will ever need. The location is good, about 10 minutes‘ walk to the lake (a bit downhill, but manageable even with a baby stroller). In the quaint village Unterach am Attersee there is a supermarket, a post office, a couple of cafes and restaurants, a playground by the lake and plenty of bathing options. The surrounding area is beautiful and should present plenty of options for spending both winter or summer holidays here. The hosts Daniela and Phillip are super nice and the communication with them worked excellent. Thanks for the warm welcome & the hospitality! We felt like home and we’ll surely be back soon.

We couldn’t imagine a better place to spent Christmas together with our family than Landhausvilla. We had a wonderful time there. In the house was a Christmas tree and decorations. It’s a beautiful house with all facilities you need! Also we were nicely surprised with a welcome meal and the cake! Angela (the owner of the house) together with Joy (the house keeper) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in the house. I would definitely recommend this place!

Incredibly peaceful location and lovely host. 5m drive from the lake and about half an hour walking. Breakfast was tasty and generous!

Nice farms area with awesome views and a really quiet place and a nice host ( arriving really late the host was very nice to put stick notes on doors to find ourselves the way to our room ) , nice and clean room and free parking

Fam. Strobl takes great pride in extending their Austrian hospitality. They were just wonderful. The views from the Altroiterhof are spectacular. We loved it.
