We had such a wonderful time at this most amazing stunning property. The cottage itself is close to everything in Stirling and gorgeous, attention to detail and styling just spot on. The gardens exquisite with lovely settings to relax and we were very lucky to be there with spring flowers erupting. Our host Michelle was so lovely and made sure we were well informed and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. I can’t recommend Stirling Cottage enough, we will be back for another stay!

The living room was cozy with a nice fire burning stove. There was kindling, wood, and matches. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for what we wanted to do, which is visit Mount lofty, Cleland Wildlife Park, and the botanical gardens. They're only a short drive away. It was a quiet location and the grounds were very pretty.

Amazing location. A stones throw from great cafes and the pub. Short drive to many places to see in the hills. Right on the creek so you can hear the running water from the porch. Terry went above and beyond as host. Had the best stay!

Everything was so thoughtfully put together. Everything you would hope to have access to was there. It was important to us to find a place where we could cook if we wanted to, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we could need. Also Kim and James catered for our dietary requirements for the breakfast which was included, which was very thoughtful. The location was peaceful and quiet, and gave us the best idea of what potentially moving to the Adelaide Hills from Melbourne would be like. The property was located close to the freeway (which you couldn't hear at all) and as we discovered about Adelaide - we were so close to almost everything! The bed is super comfy, and what was really great was that even in the hot weather we had for the week of our stay, the downstairs area where the bed is located stayed cool. We also loved that there were so many beautiful walks/hikes close by, and the information pack put together by Kim and James was very comprehensive for those new to the area. Great week away spent here.
