Everything about the accommodation (actually stayed in Front Door N12 nearer to the centre as 28 looks to have been booked twice (this was sorted out with the owner in the week before the stay). I don't know how N28 could be better than N12 but if it is then wow.

The house is in a fabulous location, so close to the town square and Menin Gate. It is also delightfully stylish, like an uber-chic boutique hotel. Facilities were truly excellent and the beds were sumptuous and incredibly comfortable. This was a truly first class experience and highly luxurious accommodation.

The owner, Benoid, provides a potted history of the house, WW1 and the Last Post ceremony. Our stay was probably the best short vacation we ever had.

Location was absolutely brilliant a short walk to the centre. Property was to a very high spec and our stay was fantastic. We were met on arrival to a delightful host who gave a tour and told us about the area. Free parking in the Square nearby opposite the hotel. Absolutely loved Ypres and will definitely return and hopefully to this place.

Lots of provisions on arrival - and instantly felt at home - warm and cozy, quiet yet close to the main square - free parking less than a minutes walk!!
