    Convenient location, easy access to the underground. Very friendly staff. Room was great, stayed in a twin room with my 5 yo for 3 nights whilst visiting the Christmas festivities. Very clean and organised. Amazingly late check out available (4pm). Breakfast was excellent. Tasty, varied, fresh, and kids in our group loved it. Nice entrance, cosy bar and restaurant. Very helpful front desk staff, and kind and curious cleaning team.

    - Very friendly and helpful staff - I could store my luggage before check-in which was really convenient - Interesting and very cozy style - Location is good, not very far from the city center - If you are a fan of Pelikan this is the place to be. ;-) It is close to their little museum / shop and historically it is where Pelikan has been located - Delicious breakfast & good coffee - The rooms even have a (mini) kitchen which is great for a prolonged stay

    The room was clean and cozy and the bed very comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. They let me check in as soon as the room was ready and not wait until 3pm and they promptly printed my boarding pass free of charge. The free mini bar was a lovely addition and breakfast was great.

    I did not enter the property. This property does not exist. I never got in contact with the host. He did not answer my calls. He did not answer my many text message. There was no sign for a ‚cosy Appartement ‚. This is a scam. I was in hotly panic as I needed accommodation for the night. This is the worst ever experience with booking.com. Please do remove this hose. I want my money back
