The place is wonderfully furnished and decorated. Everything is thought trough and materials used are top notch. Very pirvate, with little front yard and small back yard to chill. Thumbs up for renovation done in this place! I was affraid that the place will be too small for our family of 4, but to my surprise, there was enough room and private corners for everyone (front and backyard really give this place a spacious feeling, like these were two open air extra rooms). One of the bedrooms has a separate bathroom. Bungalows of this area have a shared pool through backyard door. Pool water is nearly the same as sea water temp. For us it was fine, as a little cooling effect for hot day. Back yard also features an outdoor shower thats also a nice addition to freshen up. Pictures shown are acurately depicting what you get (actually the place is better, as photos are always limiting). No tricks, no clever angles of concealing anything. Place is located a short walk to the sea and small shopping area is around the corner. We were really surprised how quiet this neighbourhood was. No trafic, no bars, no tourists passing. This was heaven for our holiday! Advice - if you are looking for a place in Playa del Ingles, pay a little extra for this opportunity, but you really get a wonderful place that you wish you could come back to. Private, quiet and real quality!

We really like everything about this accommodation. Superb and modern. Large nice bedrooms with large wardrobes, two large bathrooms that both have showers and one of them has a new and efficient washing machine. Well-equipped kitchen and good areas for socializing and eating. Very large sofa and TV as well as fast Wifi. The patio offered enough space for 5 people and the sun appeared before lunch and was there for a few hours. If you wanted more sun, you walked 10 meters to the private and shared swimming pool. The owner was very nice and both met us upon arrival and when we checked out. Was always available. Taxi stop just outside the area, quick trip to both Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. It's fine to go for a walk if you like it. Close to convenience store that did not have excessive prices. Strongly recommend!

The property itself is fantastic. Lots of room inside and tastefully decorated. But the outdoor spaces were the best part-from the balcony area to the huge terrace where we spent most of our day. Also the property is well located and only a short walk to the main area of meloneras.

The garden and pool are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the bungalows look a little bit old fashioned inside, they are well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. In the bathroom there are hand soap, shower gel and body milk, so you really don't need to bring much. The neighborhood is very quiet and the shops are within walking distance. There are plenty of parking spots on the street.

The complex is really quiet (so probably best for quieter couples or families) and has a pool and a small bar. The bungalow has a small garden and even a hot tub! There’s a small shower room downstairs and an en-suite in the main bedroom. Easily enough room for 4 people though. Spotlessly clean throughout. They were also very well equipped for self catering. One thing I liked is that you are assigned sun loungers to your bungalow so you do not need to get up early to go and reserve any. The bungalows are fairly well kitted out in terms of cooking facilities, cutlery, crockery etc. The staff were charming and courteous. The cleaners and gardeners keep the small complex looking very nice.
