Perfect location to explore Arras on foot but also convenient to come and go by car. A lovely little house, very well equipped and very comfortable. Sylvain was a fabulous host - he responded to any queries immediately, regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, and also sent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.

The location was perfect, just on the edge of town with a five minutes walk into the centre. There is a huge range of bars and restaurants around the squares, so no shortage of food and drinks. If you prefer self catering, there is a supermarket at the far end of the street so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen. The house itself is clean and comfy, ideal for a couple or possibly a small family using the sofa bed in the living room. The garage is an added bonus, I was travelling by motorcycle to tour the surrounding area and it was safe and secure overnight. Veronique is a lovely hostess, meeting me outside to hand me the keys and show me around, then left me to get on with my relaxing three night stay. I definitely plan on returning in the future, as my wife wants to come this time too after hearing about it!

The house was modern and spacious with everything we required. The kitchen was well equipped and there was ample towels. Good shower, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage space for clothes etc. There was a secure garage beneath the property. The host was friendly and brought us croissants, chocolates and cheeses when we left. The location was perfect, a quiet suburb, 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Boulangerie situated very close for all breakfast needs. Arrived by train and station was easy walking distance

Very cosy cottage close to city centre. Plenty of parking (used EasyPark App) a few footsteps from the front door made life easier on arrival/departure day.

Beautiful cottage near the center of Arras with easy parking nearby. Very helpful, friendly host who offered many useful recommendations for travel and dining. Clean, nicely furnished, easy access and very comfortable for two people. Good base for exploring WWI sites. Would highly recommend!

The key collection instructions were easy and the owner met us as we had arranged and ahead of schedule . The location is very good and within walking distance of shops and bar/restaurant. Free secure parking was a bonus.
