The Lodge was well equipped and laid out. We went for my 50th, and we wanted peace and seclusion, and that's exactly what we got here. Watching the moorhens swimming about and the many fish jumping out of the lake from a hot tub (with a glass of champagne) was glorious. And the weather was beautiful too, which was an added bonus. My husband left his sunglasses in the hot tub, and Jack was kind enough to post them back to us. If you're after tranquillity, nature, and relaxation, then don't hesitate to book here.

This is really an outstanding property! High quality decoration and in a perfect location. It is very large and the view is really spectacular. The house is a Hanson house, from the same architect as the Cathedral and other houses in Arundel. We loved the authentic details in the windows. Kitchen is tiny, but has everything you need. Even a washmachine and dryer combined. The patio is a lovely space to sit and relax. It's just a 7 minute walk to the castle. We really loved our stay and our 2 teenagers loved the fact they had their own room. Beds are very comfy, bathrooms are a bit tiny but clean and modern.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the Quaker Cottage in Arundel. The historic home is bright, comfortable and was a perfect fit for our family of four. Having a key box next to the front door made checking in/out super easy and much appreciated as we had to leave at 5 am. The views of the castle are incredible and you are right in the middle of everything. That said, the neighborhood is very quiet and we slept soundly every night. I would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the staff at the Eagle Inn who served us dinner well after they had shut down the kitchen for the night. I have nothing but positive things to say about the great community of Arundel.

Welcome was lovely. We were running late and host checked on our arrival and welcomed us. Freidnly and welcoming and thoughfully left us some eggs alongside the porridge pots and milk in the fridge. Cabin was utterly clean and comfy with everything we could need including heating, air con, cooker, microwave and even an air fryer.

Would be absolutely stunning in the summer, with a bbq on the terrace overlooking the lake. The cabin next door isn't finished yet so once you navigate your way down to the cabin, it's totally on its own. Very romantic and remote. Nice touch with the coffee machine, plastic glasses for the hot tub, comfy bed. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures.
