The cottage was larger than expected. The kitchen was very spacious with great facilities. Very large garden for the dog. Easy access to everywhere for good dog walks both local and within 10 to 15 miles.

Breakfast was wonderful ! The fridge in the cottage had everything we needed for our 5 night stay … and more! Who doesn’t love ham and cheese, toast, orange juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit for breakfast? Additionally, as the fridge was full on arrival we were able to eat breakfast when we wanted to rather than having to be served it on a daily basis as is the norm. A large bowl of fruit was also on the dining table when we arrived, a lovely bonus gesture, not something I’ve experienced before! L&D had a cot ready in the cottage, along with a high chair, and even some soft toys for our daughter. The bed was super comfortable, good pillows, and the bedsheets were like mine at home. My husband agreed that seldom does one settle in to a rental/b&bs as easily as we did at the Garth! beautiful grounds / gardens, close to lingfield restaurants and shops, tip top accommodation and a truly special getaway! I hesitated before writing this as I didn’t want to share with others how special our stay was - made only more special by Lana and David who were such wonderful hosts … you’d be mad not to stay here if in need of accommodation in the area! FAB FAB FAB!!

in the country lovely upgraded old farm house 10 mins drive from train station that takes you straight to London close to Gatwick airport some lovely little towns and pubs surrounding

Beautiful surroundings very peaceful. The Gardens very well maintained. House was very clean and well stocked. everything you would need for you time away. Also perfect location of sightseeing. Great if you also enjoy wildlife.

It felt like a home from home, without the builders. Our host made us feel relaxed and this helped us re-energise for when we returned to the building work at home.

Lovely B and B in a beautiful village. Lovely host and facilities really clean. Breakfast was lovely too! Great place to stay for a weekend away.

Every thing. The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty, the view from our room was to the lake and the forest. There is no better way to get up in the morning and to see this view. Would come back for sure
