It was a beautiful house away from home! This house was so good that my family didn't want to leave this house. Many thanks to the owner for taking care of my daughter and bringing toys and a feeding table for her!! Such little things, and made the mood better! The kitchen was equipped to the smallest detail, dishes, spices, household appliances, dishwasher, washing machine. Most importantly, the check-in instructions were very clear. I was pleased with the place itself, a cosy quiet courtyard, near the river, bars, The Deep, within walking distance of the centre and shops. Thank you for your work and attention to the client.

The bedrooms were so cosy, bedding and beds top quality , lovely kitchen with quality appliances, was touched with the eggs and drinks land chocolates left for us . Lovely location, warm, spotlessly clean and everything you could need was there. We really enjoyed our stay. Sykes cottages website though did not respond to our question about the stairs, however if they had we might have missed this cottage. My husband has some disabilities so the staircase could gave been an issue but we persevered because the cottage was so lovely.
