Very efficient and modern central heating system which was brilliant especially as we were there in freezing conditions. Chris the host was very responsive and helpful. Amazing location we could hear the Cathedral bells and it was a two minute walk to the castle. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and a comfortable bed. The patio was lovely and would have been even better if the weather had cooperated! The parking spot in Lincoln is a huge plus.

We were going to a wedding in North Carlton and this property was perfect for us, 3 adults. We had a car but could walk into Lincoln center in about 15 minutes. Having private parking right outside the house was a huge bonus too. The house itself had everything that we needed (iron, basic cleaning things, shower gel, loo roll....), the beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. Love the little garden at the back too.

I loved the fact it was like having a house to yourself. The kitchen and the rest of the annex was to a really high standard and there was loads of hidden extras that I wasn’t expecting like treats for the dogs, milk cheese wine etc for us humans.
