The house was beautiful, loved the decor and had all the facilities you needed. The hot tub was lovely to use, especially after a long day of exploring. Kept updated by the host by messages and got all the instructions for the stay and top tips for the area. Would definitely stay again.

This 150-year-old country house guest accommodation is in quiet gardens, 700 metres from Windermere town centre. It has free Wi-Fi, free parking and a lounge/bar.

We loved the hospitality. The Cedar Manor is family run and it really shows as the hosts take pride in their home. Breakfast was fabulous. Cedar Manor is within a very easy walk to many of the finest restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very nice stay.

Laurel Cottage, cabana o cottage a Windermere

Situated in Windermere, overlooking Queens Park, Laurel Cottage has stylish rooms which all come with smart tv.

The property provided a lovely choice for breakfast. The lady of the house makes her own yoghurt and granola which I had every morning. There were even home baked biscuits in the room to have with a cuppa. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful in every way.

In the heart of the natural beauty of the Lake District, Montfort Cottage Guest House is a lovely 19th-century terraced house offering comfortable and well-appointed rooms and free Wi-Fi.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Montfort Cottage. It is conveniently located between Bowness and Windermere, on a quiet residential street. Jane and Paul were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful in sharing tips about the area. Breakfast was excellent! The room is spotless and is furnished with a nice set up of tea, coffee, and snacks. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit the Lake District!

Communication with hosts was great, they provided all the information we needed to be able to fully enjoy our stay. The property was lovely, it had everything we needed, was clean and in the perfect location for our stay.

Modern Home in Windermere by LetMeStay, cabana o cottage a Windermere

Located in Windermere in the Cumbria region, Modern Home in Windermere by LetMeStay features a patio.

Easy check in/check out with lock box. Nice terrace house within a 8-10 minute walk of Windermere centre. Living areas, whilst compact, were suitable for our group of 6 - 3 adults, 3 children (although only dining chairs for 4). Good sized bedrooms, 2 with smart TVs which provided flexibility when the kids wanted to watch something else. Large family bathroom and small en-suite. Nice modern well kempt furnishings and decoration. Kitchen well equipped incl dual oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc (although addition of microwave would be good). Log burner (need to buy logs yourself). Excellent central heating and hot water. Small courtyard garden. I was worried about parking as there is no designated space, only street parking but this was not a problem - we parked easily outside the house at different times of the day. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Modern, clean, all amenities needed. Owners easy to contact, great e-book about the house, local information and directions to property etc. House was in a quiet area, 20 min walk into bowness, 8 min walk into windermere town. Had wine cooler! Would stay here again.
