Wonderful quiet location 2 minutes walk from the harbour and numerous tavernas in Kassiopi. The views from the balconies are incredible. The villa itself is spacious and very well appointed. The hosts, Lucy and Kostas, were only a phone call away to help with any questions we had or to arrange transport to the airport. Staying at Solaris Methea - Luxury Central Villa was a truly wonderful experience.

Nice terrace to have breakfast/dinner. Garden is also nice with a sitting area underneath an olive tree. We had very nice time and the weather was very warm for April

We stayed here in a family group aged fromc75 to 2 years old. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk to the town with supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and the port and beaches. The villa has been recently refurbished and is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped and comfortable. Our whole family really enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces.

We adored staying in Villa Helonaki. The Villa itself is extremely well appointed. Its design has been really well thought through and feels extremely luxurious. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. The pool is wonderful. The master suite is amazing – its bathroom is a thing of great luxury all on its own. Even the downstairs bedrooms, which in properties like this can sometimes be disappointing, are lovely spaces with doors opening to the outside. It’s such a wonderful spot - we loved sitting out on the terrace and enjoying the view over the olive grove, with Kassiopi harbour in the middle ground and Albania in the distance. What is particularly nice about Helonaki, is that you have genuinely easy walking access to Kassiopi harbour with all its restaurants and amenities, as well as three different pebbley beaches. Kassiopi itself might not be your cup of tea (it’s pretty touristy) but a 5 to 10 minute walk back to Helonaki, and it feels like you’re in the countryside. It’s also just a short drive to several other beaches and you have the watersports of Kalami beach a 15 minute drive away. The best review I can leave is the fact that we are hoping to go back next year!

Amazing view from the villa, very spacious and stylish rooms with all you need during vacation. Villa was regularly clean and maintain during the stay. Only few minutes walk from Kassiopi town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Nearby beach was small but clean and empty, perfect for people who prefer relax and tranquility on vacation.

Beautiful new villa. Fantastic friendly hosts. Close to a great beach and a couple of tavernas. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. Provide the hosts with a shopping list and they will stock the villa prior to arrival. Short taxi ride to Kassiopi or easy 25 minute walk. Early check in was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Been to Kassiopi a few times and frequently walked passed this villa. So glad we were able to stay here. The villa was in a perfect location over looking the sea. Spacious got everything you need and and comfy outside sofa so just to sit back chill and watch the world go by. Close to all amenities, shops, bars and resturants. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Localisation is perfect. Not too high above the street, but high enough to have the stuning sea view above the trees. Few minutes walking to small and beautiful beaches. Less than few minutes walking to the town center. Viky, the landlord, was very kind, helpfull and she responsed every question we had, almost immidiatly. Fully recommended!
