Owner was hospitable. House was amazing - nice, quite and exceptionally comfortable. There is a small orchard around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The AC is really powerful, which was important to me. It cooled that huge room quite fast. The 3(!) terraces from the house are looking to 3 different sides, so you can choose to sit in a shade or have a sun bath any time of the day. The WiFi was really stable, though the bandwidth was not really high. But you won't get issues if you do not need to stream video or get a lot of data through. The soundproofing is great, so nothing disturbs your sleep.

The property has everything you need for a short or long stay and the balcony was particularly comfortable with views over the roof tops. Excellent communication after booking and met at the property on arrival by the owner who was readily available if required.

Very nice host, nice and clean pool, fully equipped house, even though some things might be a bit older already. But one has everything needed. The location is OK. It is like 1km from a supermarket. Also a lot of bars and clubs are in that area. Only the way down to the city and up to the villa can be a bit annoying. We took mostly a taxi which is like 10 eur. All in all I would recommend that villa.
