Private gated entrance with villa situated on a large plot with lovely patio areas. Villa was spotlessly clean and eloquently furnished to modern hotel standards. The views were incredible - we never grew tired of them and the sunsets over the bay were unbelieveable. Savvas was the perfect host and he provided a number of small luxuries to start our holiday off in a relaxing way.

The villa is at the perfect location on Rhodes Island. Pefki is a nice little town situated above a really nice, sandy beach, not too crowded with tourists but with all the shops, rentals and restaurants one would expect on a Greek vacation. Within Pefki, the villa is perfectly located: the main street is roughly 40m to the left, while the main beach is about 100m to the right. It is very private, quiet and isolated from the neighbors partly due to its own huge (and I mean HUGE) garden which is full of fruit trees (which you are free to pick to enrich your diet) and also by the similar properties on either side, so no strangers peeking in for sure. The house itself has two rooms, completely separated with their own bathrooms and entrances. There is a separate kitchen and a nice covered porch outside the rooms where you can sit outside for eating. There was even a shower outside to wash off after swimming. The whole place has a rustic feeling to it, certainly not hotel-like which we enjoyed a lot. Emmanouel was the perfect host: not only did he welcome us personally with the fridge fully stocked on our arrival (really, everything you could need for sandwiches, eggs, butter, ham, cheese, lots of fruits and even wine and beer), he also brought delicious home-cooked biscuits made by his wife! When he found out that my wife was going to have her birthday during our stay, he bought a chocolate cake for her from the best bakery in Rhodes Town! As for the beach, the main beach is perfect both for little kids and a swim. The beach is sandy, there are sunbeds and shades and the water is shallow enough for small kids. Due to some rocks on the northern side, there are plenty of fish to see even just 10-15 meters from the shore - ideal for snorkeling, even with small kids as you don't need to venture out too far. If you need something secluded, the St Thomas beach is only a little farther away. Overall, we had our best family vacation so far.

The Villa was amazing with a beautifull pool, whirlpool and BBQ. We were a family with two kids and we enjoyed it very much. It's good to have a rental car to visit other beaches if you want to have it a bit more quiet.

Tasteful and modern villa located in a quiet area, undisturbed by nightlife and shops. You can easily stroll down to the beach for a swim in the ocean bringing just a towel, and then go back to lay in the sun by the villa’s private pool. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, such as Nicholas just up the hill, or others on the main street of Pefkos. Pefkos itself has small boutique hotels rather than huge resorts, which makes for a nice ambiance. We appreciated that each bedroom in the villa has its own bathroom, and the dining and living room area were a great place to watch the sun set over the ocean.

Sehr sauber, großes Grundstück mit Weintrauben, Feigen, Mandeln, Orangen, Granatäpfeln, etc., die alle gegessen werden durften. Sehr netter und gastfreundlicher Vermieter, dem es wichtig war, dass wir uns runduk wohlfühlen.
