The house was in an ideal spot near the sea and the Mati area. Also in 6-7' drive time there are a lot of supermarkets at Rafina in case you need any supplies. We had the whole property to ourselves both floors. The house was spacious with a living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and bathroom with a bedroom on the ground floor. The whole house is a new construction and everything was spot on new and generally clean. Located in a quiet area, with lots of sunshine and a beautiful garden to relax with a fully equipped bbq to grill. The property had everything we needed from towels, light blankets, fully equipped kitchen and all bbq necessary tools. The owner Pyrros was contacting us through booking and he was friendly and was there to help in case we needed anything. We will definitely book this place again.

Seven of us were travelling and rented this villa because it was close to the port of Rafina and the airport in Athens. We rented a car but Priamos (the owner) was ready to make transfer arrangements for us if we hadn't. This villa is huge and was perfect for our group. It was 10 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the airport making it the perfect place to stay a night or two before leaving Greece. The View Club (restaurant) is a 2 minute walk from the property if you can't stop at a market to stock up on snacks and wine prior to getting to the villa. We might have stayed more than 2 nights if we'd know how nice--and relaxing--this villa was.
