This house is magnificent! Everything about it is perfect: the owner of the house is an incredibly nice person. in this house everything is rated 100: the view from the window, the area around the house, the interior inside in every detail, crystal cleanliness, everything you need in the kitchen, snow-white sheets (I can list endlessly). And most importantly, it is absolute peace and quiet, 6 minutes from a beautiful city with many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The home was well maintained, stocked up very well. Attention to detail is 10/10 with homely touches throughout the property. The host, Stelios is warm, friendly and knowledgeable of surrounding areas. I am looking forward to staying at the property when returning to Serres.

The villa has a lot of space: 4 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 1 living rooms, kitchen, parking lots, garden etc. All the rooms are well equipped.

The property consists of a big room with a double bed and a kitchen in one large space plus a bathroom - everything is very tastefully arranged, extremely well equipped, and perfectly clean. The host provided adequate instructions for finding the property and the key - but there was an unexpected problem: a blackout, due to a strong rain. When I arrived, it was pitch dark: the street, the house, everything. I struggled searching for the house and the room and the keys, etc. - using the light from my telephone. Finally I somehow managed to enter. Electricity returned in ~3 hours, after that it was OK. Otherwise the accommodation itself, the neighborhood in the mountain and the nature around are lovely.
