First of all: This house is a dream! 1. The architecture is well thought out and very well implemented 2. The property is beautifully and magnificently furnished on all corners 3. The view, the view and again the view 4. The service and friendliness of the owner We spent our summer vacation in August 2021. It was just gorgeous and perfect all round. It's just unbelievable fun to visit all the possibilities and places in the villa to relax. The pool, the outside lounge, the terrace, everything. The lighting in the outside area is fantastic, especially in the evening. Dinner at the large table in front of the pool is a fantastic experience with a wonderful view of the sea. We would like to praise the interior of the house. Everything is there what you need. Starting with the hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, pans, pots, plates, bowls, lots of cutlery, etc. Many coffee capsules are provided with the espresso machine in the kitchen. The coffee was so delicious that upon request we received more free of charge within 20 minutes. The 3 bathrooms are great and very well designed. The owners even provide soap and plenty of fresh towels. If something goes empty, there is enough supply in the house for soap or towels. Everything in the bathroom is new and very well maintained. The cleanliness in all rooms is at the highest level. The bedrooms offer a lot of space to accommodate all items of clothing. The beds are comfortable and big. There is also a safe in the bedroom. All rooms have a very modern air conditioning system with remote control and an incredible number of setting options. The condition is simple and logical. The house is very well insulated. In summer the heat cannot get into the house and the rooms are always pleasantly cool. (very modern and future-oriented). The wifi worked very well in the whole house and outside. We would particularly like to emphasize the daily, very discreet and very friendly service. Thanks everyone for everything!

It was our tenth holiday trip to Croatia and the best accommodation that we have ever had. The private, very clean pool with crystal water, very well equipped kitchens (one of them is open spaced with pool view), independent air conditioners in each room, private parking place for at least two cars and the beach located about 20 m from the apartment – these are only the most important advantages, but there are much more of them. It is also a pet friendly place! Gradac is a very picturesque city with beautiful views of the mountains and delicious restaurants and bars. Additionally it is not so crowded like Makarska, much more quiet and peaceful. Good place for the trip to Hvar, Dubrovnik and Peljesac and also Mostar and Sarajevo. Thanks a lot Danko and Dodo for your kindness and hospitality. We hope to see you again.

The best host in Dalmatian coastal! If you want best vacation this is the place you need to stay. Apartment have all devices dishwasher, washing machine, clima,comfy beds... Have beautiful terrace.

A couple steps from the beach, lovely garden and terrace, clean and spacious. Villa Bella is a great, affordable vacation home. We were greeted with care and thought by our kind hosts and had a very comfortable stay. The house was clearly designed with thought to every little detail, from the bedding to the plates and silverware. The parking space is probably 100 meters away. Fast WI-fi and Ethernet cable all available to connect for usual things, or for work. Restaurants are few meters and supermarket not far away. Hope to stay there again the following summer.
