Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, House4U is located in Balatonszemes.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures are showing. It is not located on the main road so the area was really quiet. It is very spacious and clean and can accommodate a large group of people without feeling too crowded. The kitchen really has everything you need, from plates, accessories, dishwasher to all kind of spices. There are air conditioning units everywhere and a very stable and fast WiFi. The garden is big and green and the big bonus was the cherry tree in the back. There is also a medium sized pool which was perfect for our children. It also has sunbeds. There is a big terrace outside where you can spend your time, it has a big fan that pulverizes water vapor if it gets too hot. There is a supermarket close by, small but you can find lots of things. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I fully recommend it!

very friendly and flexible owner, the house is clean and well equipped, the garden is well cared. the location is perfect, close to the beach (5 min by walk) and close to the center (also 5 min) We would be happy to come back next summer.

Wonderful green garden with big trees that provide amazing shadow in the hot summer days. There is possibility to grill/cook in the garden, also there are tables and chairs outside. Everything is just as on the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped, rooms are spacious and comfortable.
