This apartment is fantastic, incredible view, cute kitchen and bedroom, awesome jacuzzi. The hosts are very nice and friendly, they gave us some goodies for breakfast, including coffee capsules that were very welcomed. I would give 20 stars to this place if there were this many

Fabio is one of the most kind and understanding hosts we've ever met. He was waiting for us in the apartment as we were coming from Firenze and didn't know the exact time of our arrival. We really liked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We parked our car in the nearby street. Pavona was a very safe location. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for Rome. When we parked the car in Rome near to the river Tiber, the glass of our car was broken and our bags were stolen with all the keys and documents. We called Fabio and he kindly came to wait and opened the apartment door for us even though it was almost midnight when we finished all the report at the Police station. Fabio gave us another pair of keys.

The place is really beautiful, well equipped and clean. Price is very decent and the location is nice. in around 7km one is able to reach the Lake however due to the weather we did not manage to make the most out of it. Host is very friendly and helpful and he provided us with wine, coffee and directions and recommendations of restaurants.

What a find! A truly fabulous place and close to the beautiful Lago Albano with it’s activities and restaurants. Fabio was the best host, very attentive without being invasive, and he made sure we had everything we needed and more :) The hot tub & sauna area was a big bonus and we made good use of the jacuzzi which was warm & ready to use on our arrival. We especially enjoyed it in the evenings when the sun went down. We were a group of 5 celebrating my Mum’s and there was plenty of space. I’d be keen to come back again with family or a group of friends. Next time I will book fewer excursions and outing though so we have a bit more time to enjoy the villa and relax at the pool! It was a shame to leave it. Grazie Fabio!

Host was very helpful, very hot bloded and kind. Her house is ver very beautiful with its garden, We have to leave at 3 A.M and she told us to call her if we cannot find a taxi at that time. City view is amazing at night time and you have everything you need.
