It was a really cosy little house with its own little garden and terrace, fully furnished. Inside was everything you needed, even a washing machine and even a drying rack, bbq, parasol… It was really quiet and far from tourist areas. The lake nearby was beautiful and it was great to use it as a kinda private sea. What really sweetened our stay was the super cute stray cat that we named Bruno.

An excellent stay away from the tourist traffic, while still being close to the tourist attractions that this part of Tuscany offers (tuff towns, Etruscan cemeteries, but also beaches in Golfo Baratti or the island of Elba). Breakfast is above standard by Italian standards and they also offer their own products. Be sure to reserve a table for dinner, where you will experience sitting on the open terrace with excellent local specialties. And on Fridays and Saturdays, they make homemade pizza!

Location, view and structure are ideal, a true bliss. Food is great but what truly makes the place an oasis is the people who runs it: cheerful, gentle and authentically dedicated. Do visit the lake, it is walking distance and worthwhile. Dive into the sorgente and have the experience of a multi layered water, warm on top and ice cold one meter down.

Top of B&Bs. Everything in the place. Most of anybody's important - fridge freezer, air conditioner in every room, nets inside windows, regional hams and bacon & cheese on breakfast. Tasty cappuccino.. Nothing less, nothing more. Highly recommended!! Thanks Mick

There was the best place for stay.

The place was super clean, in a quiet area with lots of nature around and easy accessibility. Definitely recommend it to anyone. It's also ideal for families with young children. Francesca who checked us in was super friendly and thoughtful to guide us.
