This place was absolutely amazing, it was a beautiful little house that had all the comforts required. Location is superb! Luigi was a great host he met with us and helped us with our luggage and finding parking. He was so helpful and willing to be available for any of our needs.

The apartment is an excellent choice if you visit Termoli. It has its own parking space, in front of the apartment. The owner welcomed us at the time we agreed, she provided clear directions on how to get to the entrance of the apartment. A very nice lady who brought fresh figs from her own garden. The place is clean and has everything you need. It is only a few minutes walk to the town center and 10 min to the beach.

The apartment is nice, close to the train station and to the city center. It is nice and cozy, with stairs leading to the bedroom. the host was extremely flexible. He allowed us to leave our bags before the usual check in time and we could leave them there in the last day. There was a small issue in the bathroom which was very quickly resolved and it did not affect our stay in any way. I strongly recommend the place for your stay in Pescara. The Host also provided tickets for one of the nearby beaches. I found this to be a very good idea.

It was delightful to meet our charming host unlike other properties where self check in, prevents personal contact with the owner. Pietro delivered fresh towels and toiletries every second day along with café vouchers for breakfast at a very good cafe. Very high standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay in a superbly renovated and styled apartment in the historic centre.
