The self check-in was easy and worked well. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. There's a washing machine in the apartment and a coin laundry below for drying the clothes (if the weather is not suitable to dry on the balcony). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my tablet and they sent it very securely packaged to my next hotel.
