The house is great! Everything was clean, new and convenient! We liked the yard and the sunny terrace! The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook, there is a coffee machine with complementary coffee, there is a washing machine that is very useful for long stays! Also, thank you Andy for all the complementary fruits and goods 😊 There is free parking just in front of the house. The resort is very peaceful and nice for walking.You can stroll to the stunning Paradise beach and to the beautiful small beach of Carvoeiro. We had a great time also thanks to Andy's great recommendations on the must see spots around the place :) I highly recommend this accommodation for families that want to see the sights or couples to enjoy great beaches and nice walks :)

Loved everything about this villa. It was like staying in 5 star boutique hotel. Location great, 10 minute walk to centre and beach. Kitchen had everything you need and more. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Pool amazing with so much space. Would highly recommend this villa!

Location was super as it is in the centre of the town, but in a quiet back street. Great views of town from outside terraces. Pool, although small, was a great addition for cooling down and for the children. We made use of the BBQ and outdoor terrace. We had a little balcony which was great for morning coffee. The property is a short walk to restaurants and the main town beach. 10 min drive to big supermarkets. It is in a great location to explore the Algarve coast. Near golf courses, although we preferred one in land at Lagos.

The house is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. Perfectly clean. Attention to every detail. The equipment is brand new - coffee maker, sheets, towels, beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. Clean pool and jacuzzi tub in the garden with ocean view. Hudge terrace with ocean view. Perfect location - 5 minutes walk to the center and the beach through the promenade overlooking the ocean. The house is located in a quiet environment. Private parking place. The owners nice, friendly and very helpful. The ideal place for holidays.

The property was amazing! Casa Oficina is even more pretty than the photos. The location is perfect. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk along the coadt starts at the beach. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay with luxury extra’s like the window blinds and a dish washer. All the cooking utensils are there and there was even a blender to make soup. Miriam and Philipe are such lovely hosts, very responsive. The bed was also very comfortable.

Csodálatos reggeli, ami vega, de teljes értékű, bőséges. A ház nagyon szép, egy 100 éves, de stílusában, ízlésesen, mégis megfelelően karbantartott régi épület. Egy zsákutca utolsó háza, nagyon csendes környék. Árnyas fák, kellemes környezetben. Kedves, igényes házigazda.

The house is equipped with everything you would need including spices, oils, washing machine with cothes horse,vacuum clwaner. The house is spacious, light and airy and is conveniently located opposite the main hiking trail in benagil and opposite the benagil beach. The underfloor heating makes it really cosy in the evenings.

The location of this cottage is spectacular. It overlooks the beach at Carvoeiro. As the cottage faces east, you get the morning sun. A cup of coffee at the balcony is the perfect start to the day. The bedrooms aren't huge but that's expected in Europe and they had everything we needed. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for a few days of sightseeing. The upper terrace is also superb. You got the views of the Atlantic and the beach. There's more than enough seating and a couple of loungers for the sun worshippers. The washer is also on the top floor and was well appreciated as we'd been travelling for some time.

There was no breakfast included; however my wife made me a lovely breakfast which was great! The property was excellent, loads of space and very clean, very good spacious pool and excellent wifi and grounds. However if you are a family staying there a car is advisable as the beaches/supermarkets and restaurants are approx. 20 to 30minutes walk. Also the key is an extendable key, so you would need to press the ball to extend the key to allow you to open the door!
