The property is amazing. The artwork, architecture, peacocks & other birds, theme, tiles on the villas are all just beautiful. The staff was amazing. Sara and her co-workers were so helpful with everything we asked. Location is nice and just across from Quiksilver skate and surf park. Surf schools were out on the beach in front every day. Amazing tide changes that showed a large beach at low tide. We had an ocean front villa up on a cliff. Amazing experience.

Beautiful, new property with excellent facilities and location. The living spaces are lovely and bright, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balconies catching some sunshine and taking in the sea view. The kitchen is super well stocked and we found that even with our long 1 month stay we had nearly everything we could possibly want. Antonio was really kind, responsive and accommodating, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

We spent a week in this beautiful house and we just enjoyed our stay there. It was easy to check-in/check-out and to contact to the host Marco, who was a very kind person, who provided us a lot of advices. The house is situated on a small hill, but quite close to Ericeira center, something like 600-700 meters from the beach, also 600 meters from the closest supermarket Continente. Yellow House is a very nice and spacey house with great living room with a nice fireplace and big TV, four bedrooms (two with big beds and two with separate beds) and full equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and other). In all rooms we found soft fluffy towels and in all three bathrooms we found liquid soap and shampoo and also hair dryer). Also, there is a nice outside terrace with a possibility for a BBQ and big table for a big company. It was very clean in all rooms, a lot of space for everyone, fast WIFI and in general, you can find there all you need to spend your vacation. Correspondence with the description - 200%. There was a nice welcome pack on the kitchen while we checked-in, it was so kind especially because we arrived late. Also, on the kitchen we found all we needed and much more, we did not feel like we missed something for the cooking or BBQ. We had a rented car and we did not have any trouble with parking our car outside in front of the house. If one day we decide to come back to Lisbon/Ericeira, definitely, we would like to come back to this house as we got a lot of positive emotions from it.

Overall we loved the various little seating areas both inside and outside that gave so many options to chill at! The house was new to the market so I also made some recommendations to the owner for small improvements that she has received well.

We loved our stay at Harbour House in Ericeira - I have never seen such a well equipped apartment which offers everything that you need in the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a barbecue grill, extra blankets and two terraces with a great view! The apartment is right in the heart of Ericeira and restaurants are just next door. There were even two bicycles which we did not use in the end but next time we will surely do! The beds are sooo comfortable and we slept really well. The entire place makes you feel home immediately! The entire design apartment is super clean and offers even two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine and cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil. My friends and I already planned which birthday event we will celebrate here next time ;) Also, Telmo is the best host ever! We texted with him on Whatsapp and he gave us great recommendations on places to visit around Ericeira as well as restaurants. He was super friendly and reacted super quickly at any time - Telmo, you really made our stay so much better! Thank you so much, we felt soooooo welcome.
