You have a TV in every room, internet access, Netflix on a huge TV in the living-room, a BBQ grill outside in the yard where there is plenty of space to chill in the afternoons and evenings, in the covered couches area, and next to it, also a large table for meals, etc. The villa is well equipped with high quality furnishings and equipment throughout.
