If you have to be in Syracuse, then this is a great place to stay. I was greeted by the gently sparkling Diamond (Diamond indeed) at the front desk and all of my interactions with staff were friendly. My king corner suite was elegant and comfortable. And again, scrupulously clean.

As we entered the lobby was stunningly restored and beautiful. We were then greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff member at the check-in desk. We made use of the valet parking as the parking is a fair walk from the hotel. Overall, we loved our stay.
