The cottage was beautiful! The pictures don’t do the actual place justice. We had a great stay and did a little fire in the evening.

Situated in Alonnah in the Bruny Island region, Bruny Ocean Cottage has a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The cottage is very clean and well equipped, it has everything you need. Location is also great and very close to Bruny Hotel where you could find a good restaurant. Situated in Dover, 1.3 km from Kent Beach, Sunrise Cottage- Dover Tasmania features air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. Amazing and understanding hosts, we were able to check in early due to a family emergency. The place we stayed in was clean, presentable and had a sea view. The beds and pillows were great and facilities were easily accessible.

The property was in an immaculate condition and such a beautiful setting. Linda had kindly provided us with lots of food and other supplies (e.g. matches, tin foil, coffee pods, laundry powder, fresh eggs, bread), which enhanced our stay. As well as the bath, we utilised the fire pit (wood supplied) and the BBQ too. It was quite a treat to explore the island and bushwalk each day, then return to, and enjoy, the property each evening.

We also loved just staying in, cooking and enjoying a break from being on the road. Bicheno town centre is a 4 minute drive down the road with lovely cafes and a great wine bar!
