This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Offering a bar and garden view, Hortus Natural Living is located in Todi, 39 km from Perugia Cathedral and 39 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. We absolutely loved our stay in Hortus! A newly constructed hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside. Manuela, one of the owners, was so kind to us and really cared about our experience (we were a group of friends, some of which have never been to Umbria). We would strongly recommend you also dine in the restaurant as the food is out of this world!!! The chef, Manuela's mum, cooks so well and puts all her heart and soul in her dishes that you will never want the dinner to finish. Great selection of wines too! We felt so sad to leave Hortus, but can't wait to be back soon. Thank you Manuela and your team for all the love and care!

Casa vacanze Castiglione - 4 posti letto is located in Castiglione della Valle, 36 km from Train Station Assisi, 17 km from Perugia Train Station, as well as 19 km from Corso Vannucci. This apartment seemed a little to good to be true, but it was inexpensive and so I thought worth taking the risk. The place was just delightful; cozy, clean, comfortable. Mostly the hosts were just amazing. I definitely recommend this rental.

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers air conditioning. Centrally located in an amazing town . Orvieto is a special town to visit in Italy and Casa Ginerva is a perfect place to stay. The owner was incredibly helpful to find suitable parking and very helpful at check-in. Highly recommend.

Le Cappuccinelle Suites&SPA in Perugia provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and a garden. We had a wonderful time here. The hotel, spa and pool were absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food at their restaurant was fabulous and the room was clean and stylish. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay and relax after Umbria Jazz Festival! A special thank you to Danila, who looked after us at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - nothing was too much trouble - she was so friendly and helpful - five stars to her and all of the staff!
