The owners provided great recommendations and tips on the area. The house itself is very big, clean, and is a great location for sightseeing in the area

The host is very kind to wait for us to introduce us the facility and even come back to apply futon for us. The host is very kind and nice I ever meet in Japan. My family has very comfortable stay at his house. I would recommend this 100%. Thanks.

River, Mountain Retreat at 四万十Accommodation is situated in Mihara Village. The property features mountain and garden views. Rosie was incredibly welcoming and had a lot of wonderful advice for local activities. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic! Very peaceful location, great to relax in nature

The stunning views over the valley and river, the wonderful traditional house, the excellent cooking of the lady of the house (best we’ve eaten in Japan) but most of all the warm and very personable welcome the hosts gave us. This was a stay we will always remember and cherish. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!
