Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, New Contemporary Guest House in Studio City Hills is set in Los Angeles. Absolutely everything. The attention to detail was impeccable - everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for. The design of the rental was beautiful and had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The terrace was a definite highlight, providing a great space to relax and soak up the sunshine. Additionally, the location was super convenient and close to everything, including Universal Studios. The host was also incredibly accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient and beautifully designed getaway.

New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage is located in Chico and offers free bikes. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

Beautiful hut in wonderful place very close to Sequoia N.P, there is great restaurant nerby. The hut is very comfortable, there is kitchen with all necessary amenities and big bed. Access is simple and hosts are achievable all the time.

Lovely place, everything you could need, really clean and well kept and close enough to shops if needed. Pleased we came across it, great place to stay!
