This hotel is all about “aesthetics” and is SEVERELY lacking in providing basic necessities that people need when traveling. Glad the Marriott sprung for light up photography and hot pink paint, unfortunately, things like water, refrigerators, decent pillows, and A BELL DESK can’t be replaced for the sake of a good Instagram photo…at least not for any respectable traveler. The Marriott should be careful putting their name on such a place.

The family-run Hotel Maria enjoys a quiet and rural location in Gramatneusiedl, only 14 minutes by train from Vienna’s city centre. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Good location close to the Airport. Entering the property is exactly as shown in the picture that the host will send you. The property and the room itself belong to a family house, so it is a bit unclear where to park. For an overnight stay, it is more than enough, there is a bathroom with hot water, towels and bed linen. It is not for a long stay, but it is ideal for an overnight stay when traveling. All the instructions I received were correct and worked.
