Missing orange juice and eggs, terrible salmon, bad coffee, no hot chocolate! When telling the crew they reacted rudely and unwilling to help. Evening service is like stepping in a different venue: friendly, willing, professional and food at one of the best quality and taste and presentation level I ever enjoyed. Wow! The hotel: in this area of heightened hygiene expectations and a demand for cleanliness, the hotel looks and feels dirty.

Eggs, bacon, apple and orange juice, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, one basket of bread assortments and one basket of croissants and sweet bakery things. Yogurts, plain and with fruit. A bowl full of little jelly and jams, honey, Nutella, butter, etc. and a thermos of fresh brewed coffee. It was all brought to our table, it was not a buffet. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

They let us stay in the hotel which we did book, but if you get there, they sometimes put you in another hotel about 500 yards away, which is exactly the same as a Formula One and they tried to pass it off as the band the ball.
