I liked the view out of the window very well: the meadow is nice!
Als the owner was very friendly and helpful. They send me an email regarding the difficulty about finding the place. Maybe a small map drawing and a picture of it would be helpful for your next customers?
I liked the morning talk with the other guests too!

Everything is very well explained, even if you arrive late, you know how to enter, how to find your room and everything. Every area is nicely decorated and very well mantained. Very clean and cozy. You feel home actually, which makes the business trip more bearable. The owner takes her time to meet you, answers questions and is helpful in every way. For me the best location to be.

Great location, great little place with a beautiful view to the garden. Comfortable and clean. The host is a lovely person.
We also received access to use the jacuzzi, which was a nice gesture. I would recommend!

Lovely area, perfect for relaxing and strolling around in the countryside. close enough to beautiful cities, ideal to visit during the day and then return to relax in the countryside. If you plan to travel in this area, this is a great place to stay - or just book a few days of R&R

Lokeren was a lovely place to visit, shops and bars were superb and the centre is serviced by the train station if you want to go farther afield.
The markets are superb where you can buy anything from an antique to an ostrich.
If you go to Belgium make a point of checking Lokeren out, you will not be disappointed.

A very attractive market town with a bustling town square.
A very attractive market town with a bustling town square. It was a pleasure to be a visitor in a town that was not geared to tourism. English was spoken but the place was for the locals - activities and restaurants seemed designed to appeal to the Belgian market not to international tourists but nevertheless we were made to feel welcome and would certainly return
We booked 1 room and received the confirmation email from hotel. But when we arrived, the reception told us there is no room for us. We had to look for another hotel which is one hour drive away. That made very stressful and exhausted. Further more, two days later, we received an email from this hotel which indicated they will charge one night stay fee because of No-show. Unbelievable!!! Extremely bad service. Unprofessional Staff.
Really liked the attitude of the hosts (married couple)They treated like relatives. The hotel has all the amenities and even a little more.Spa and recreation area at the highest level.Location in the village and you breathe the cleanest air. When my car broke down, they called a car mechanic and even offered their car for our needs.
Thank you for your comfort and kindness.🙏👍

Beautiful home in very nice residential area, felt very secure, car parking to front of house for visitors. Modern classic interior decor, quite spacious rooms.
Easy location to get to Lokeren Town rail station and take frequent train service direct into Gent or Brussels. Would return quite happily.
stunning in all senses. better than 5 stars hotels. soooo many details, you feel home the moment you arrive. easy detailed information. would have loved to stay muuuuch longer. little paradise and great garden with relaxing beautiful view. you feel they do everything from heart.
Lokeren is the perfect base point if you'd like to visit Bruge, Antwerp or Gent. KROOST was the best choice for me and my family (4 people). Cosy, clean, very well furnished and roomy enough. Bottled water and coffee for free. Free parking spot as well. Highly recommended! :)
It was a spacious and clean flat with all the necessary facilities. The hosts were very friendly and collecting the key was easy. Puyenbroeck and Lokeren are two wonderful day trips within walking/cycling distance.
A comfortable though dated hotel. Brilliant for EV car owners as there are many Tesla chargers in the car park. Will definitely use it again on trips through Belgium.
Good value for money. Nice breakfast.
Breakfast was cold as there was power breakdown - not fault of the hotel, but I can not tell much about pros of the hotel - staff was very nice and supportive anyway.
