Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with touches of luxury. The breakfast was delicious and we even had home baked cookies in our room and left with a bag of cookies and thank you note!

The motel exceeded my expectations. It was a last minute booking for an unexpected trip, and in my haste I booked the wrong day by mistake. I called and they changed my reservation with no trouble at all. I was very appreciative.

The property felt very clean, and smelled great (not always the case with hotels unfortunately). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was large, and felt very clean.
Hopewell Rocks are a wonderfull surprise. WE went in the evening at high tide to see people kayaking around them and then back in the morning to walk the beach at low tide. Did not realise how extensive they were. Actally imperrive to imagine the amount of water displaced.

Enjoyed the welcome from the host at Shepody Bay Inn, large bright room overlooking Bay of Fundy & marsh. Really enjoyed the Shepody Trail which was just behind the Inn and very flat but pictuesque. Current owner has only been open since May and has done a great job. Highly recommend this as a stop near Hopewell Rocks. Hopewell Cape is good location along Highway 114, with exception of restaurants being closed on Thanksgiving (and any statuatory holiday) as well as early closing, so suggest bringing snack food along.

We were glad to be able to see and experience the location of the iconic rocks and the extraordinary tides. Another beautiful location in the vicinity was Cape Enrage. We ate in Alma both evenings. Good restaurants there!

If you have trouble walking pay the $2 for the ride down or up, it is a bit of a hike to get through the bush and then you have the stairs down to the rocks as well. Wear decent grip shoes, water shoes, hikers or runners as it can be slippery.

The Hopewell Rocks was one of the highlights of our trip.
The Hopewell Rocks was one of the highlights of our trip. The Motel was very comfortable although I wish that the owners would be better in English. We couldn't really have a conversation with them at all. I am not a racist person, but it would have been nice if they could speak English. We live in Canada and we should speak English.

The location for Hopewell Rocks can't be beat.
The location for Hopewell Rocks can't be beat. Looks great from the front, but drive around back........ Lawn needs to be mowed, Screens need repair. Pool is nice. You can see the River from up above. (not from our room) There's a nice restaurant, but food lacks flavor and they have no help. There's also a very nice Gift Shop.
After reading reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. Our room was a family suite on the top floor. It was clean and wifi was okay. A bit slow at times, but we were all able to connect and do what we wanted to. This is a basic hotel good for exploring the nearby rocks. Breakfast was basic - toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. It met our needs and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be that the beds weren’t very comfortable. Location is excellent.
Location was unbelievably close to Hopewell Rocks Park entrance; 3 mins by car. Checked in a bit late at 7 pm but was still able to walk on ocean floor before park closure at 8 pm. AWESOME !!!!! I would stay at this hotel again, any day! Pool was nice and clean and rear deck off each room gave super view of tide. Free breakfast was nice to have the next morning. Gift shop next door is packed full of great souvenirs.
Owner was very friendly, always making sure that you don't need anything and providing you with advice on what to do.
From 7am-11pm, there is always cookies, fruits and coffee/tea at disposal.
Hotel is about 9 min drive to hopewell rocks and about 30 min drive to Alma/Fundy bay NP
Fabulous location with an incredible sea view from our room and from the balcony/walkway outside our room. It was close to Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park. We had everything that we needed, including a working fridge, freezer, comfortable bed, side tables, comfortable arm chairs.
Nice, quiet location near Hopewell Rocks. Clean, large bachelor—style suite (Coastal Suite) overlooking the Petticodiac river. Easy check in and check out. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Only negative was that there was no BBQ starter or working matches.
Our room was very comfy, sparkle clean and quiet (despite the highway that is just behind the hotel). The location is good, very close to Hopewell rocks and to a few restaurants. Shanon is a very welcoming host and communication prior to our arrival was flawless.
It was very evident the owner & staff want their guests to be comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and they give a much more personable experience than a large hotel.
Amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the bay of Fundy. The owner was extremely helpful and nice. Delicious breakfast. Coffee and snacks available throughout the day.
This place is like a fairytale. Staffs give you the feeling of home. Front yard and back yard are like oil paintings. Wonderful place to stop by if you are visiting Hopewell Rocks.
Checking in was easy. The owner was friendly. The location was perfect...close to the Flowerpot rocks and on the Bay of Fundy. This hotel served our purpose well.
