The room had a fresh clean smell, the thermostat was set to a comfortable temperature which we didn't adjust, the staff was friendly and efficient, the hallways were quiet......the check in and out was seamless. We requested a room on ground level and were politely accommodated.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. As it was early in May and the night was cool, we loved that we were able to manually control the heat to our liking. The gardens are also lovely for sitting, a nice touch indeed.

So much! Old country charm. The decor. The location. The animals. The hot tub. The warm welcome from the owners and their accommodation of our later arrival.

Beautiful trail along the beach.
Beautiful trail along the beach. We had supper at Michael's Pizzeria - the best pizza and Caesar salad I've had in a while! I'd also recommend the Starlite Diner for breakfast - wonderfully homemade! Summerside has a lot to offer - make sure you check out the entertainment at the Harbourfront Theatre! Top-notch artists! It's very easy to find your way around Summerside, the city offers scenic views and a shopping district to meet all your needs. It's also very convenient to stay in Summerside as a "home base" for day trips to other parts of the province.

People were very welcoming and nice.
People were very welcoming and nice. The view of the water was charming (on Water St). Lighthouse. Not stressful to drive, easy to find you way around for people who do not know the city. Not a big city, not much activities to do in April. There was Harbourfront Theatre, boardwalk, ice cream shops, restaurants, a few hotels (some were closed for winter season), busy commercial Granville street (shopping malls, stores, restaurants and more). Old charming houses. Great restaurant called Brothers 2(B2)

There is not alot to see in Summerside itself, but there are plenty of attractions and scenery in close proximity. Taking a trip to the west end of the Islan is worth it, and there is always Cavendish to the east. Summerside does have plenty of food options as well.

The bathroom was disgusting...so filthy dirty.
The bathroom was disgusting...so filthy dirty. No clean towels...no hot water...all round filthy dirty. Was absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels and face cloths. Sink, tub, and toilet not cleaned at all. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this place to anybody. The food at Brothers 2 was excellent
The suites are spacious and decorated for the most part with antique furniture which was really beautiful. Ken and Jenny were excellent hosts starting with our communication prior to arrival, everything was explained in detail and our questions were all answered to our satisfaction! We asked if we could get a couple champagne flutes and Ken ran out and bought some !
Of course the ice cream parlor is just below with many flavors and waffle cones all handmade!
All situated in the middle of Summerside which is close to everything!
We've never stayed in a hotel before so we didn't know what to expect, but here's some things we liked. We enjoyed parking close to the entrance, and that the building had wifi. It was quiet in the room, most of the stay. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were folded in a cute way. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The location was great, as we were passing thru. The hotel contained a pool and a bar lounge, although we didn't use either one.
The property is in an excellent location to visit many PEI attractions. It’s on a quiet street with a private yard. I have stayed in similar units all over the world but have never found one with so many thoughtful enhancements. There is fast access to the highway and it’s close to all Summerside services.
Great location in Summerside, room was spacious and clean. Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast each morning were amazing, great way to start the day. Liz and Sean were friendly and helpful. Liz - have to tell you we actually saw a moose on the Cabot Trail!
This property is a hidden gem. Just outside of Summerside, it only takes 7 minutes to be in the heart of downtown. Its quiet and lovely, very clean rooms, good value for your money and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Home away from home!
Attractive traditional style house a 15 minute walk from the centre of Summerside. The property is beautifully and immaculately decorated throughout the guest areas. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly owners.
The location was great for us, we always choose this area ,also liked walking on the trail behind the motel, it was peaceful and serene ,the folks that operate the motel are very very friendly, see u next yr !!!!
good location in Summerside. quiet off road setting. room was comfortable , updated and clean. host was very helpful. we asked to stay another night and they found a room for us on short notice.
It’s a budget motel, the staff are very friendly, they overcharged by accident and gave a refund on the spot, the facility is not fancy but good if you’re just spending the night
Exceptional service from family owned motel. Ultra clean, renovated room and very nicely maintained grounds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Summerside.
The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was close to the core of Summerside but also not in a busy area. The house was clean, spacious and perfectly decorated.
old old hotel place has been eaten by covid, no food, nothing close. Front desk fellow very nice and helpful room was super clean and our stay was quiet.
