I appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival in iur rooms, and any day, our room was cleaned as well as the complimentary treats and fruity water in the lobby. I also liked, that there is complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in every bathroom! It's great to know that some items can be left T home. "Very centrally located hotel in Cologne. The room sizes were okay for a short city trip. The reception staff was very friendly, even during a phone inquiry before check-in. There was a wide selection for breakfast.
