Great value for money. Newly renovated floor, nice and clean and fresh. Modern bathroom and shower with a glass door. I travel for work and booked a single room with breakfast, and this place would get my vote for the best budget hotel 2024.

Beautiful City.
The "Old Town" was spectacular.
If you are not in great fitness condition, the undulation of the "Old Town" could test you.
The "Old Town" would not be a choice for me to take a "loved one" who has mobility problems, or requires a wheel-chair of mobility assistance.
Provision of (2) two elevators to take you up into the "Old Town" wonderful concept.
We walked up to the Schloss, which is a MASSIVE cardio-vascular test, but the beauty of the old houses and scenery, quite breathtaking.
The number 10 bus should be considered if you don't wish to walk it.
Walking around the Schloss, the views out and around and over Marburg, joyous.
Walk to our apartment from the Hauptbahnhof was a flat walk, of at an easy pace 15 minutes.
It exceeded our expectations, and supermarkets near, pleased us from a convenience point of view, for the few needs we required in our apartment.
If Germany is on your "Bucket List" - you must include Marburg.

It was difficult to drain the shower, and my feet were still covered in dirty water.
The hotel does not have parking. There is no free space in the public underground parking. We paid for it separately.

The flat downstairs and was nice, cool and comfortable on the very warm days we had in Marburg. The beds are large and comfortable and the kitchen has got everything you need. Bathroom with shower works well. You can sit outside in the garden and it is a nice quiet place. The area is may be not the most pictures but it’s practical cloth the shops and bus.

I lived in Marburg for about five years and absolutely loved it! Fachwerk houses, a beautiful cathedral, a wonderful castle and the Altstadt are exceptional. One can ride boats on the Lahn River, or go for hikes through the hills. Fantastic museums, restaurants and many shopping opportunities make it a place that should be on anyone's list of places to visit in Germany.

This is a lovely little town, with many bars, restaurants and pubs. The university and their students make it vibrant, as do all the historical buildings. There is the cathedral Elisabeth Kirche, the castle, the Rathaus. It is possible to take many walks and hiking. There are good connections via train and/or bus to other place.
Many things are easily to reach on foot. Public transport is good, too.
There is a huge range of restaurants. Since I have family and friends in Marburg, I did not go out for meals very much this time. But it is always nice to explore

The hotel is located in a village not far from Marburg, very quiet place. There is a big garden around, very green. It's amazing to have a relaxing time.
The restaurant is very nice, with natural beautiful flowers all around. We loved the food and the breakfast.
The size of the room is an average. I would say a good size. The same to the bathroom.
It's 2 single beds put together. The mattress is soft and comfortable.
Everything is very clean.
Internet is fast enough and works fine.
The staff is amazing!
It was our second stay at apartment Konrad and we love it. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and had everything we needed. The beds are fabulous and the location is unbeatable. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit old and the water for the kitchen sink needs to be heated in a little tank first but these are only minor issues. Other than that we love the apartment and feel very much home.
I needed parking close by and really appreciated the garage. Although it's 10 EUR/day, it was worth it for me.
My stay at Hotel Tusculum was excellent. The hotel is clean and having access to a kitchen with coffee and a generous selection of teas was most appreciated. I very much enjoyed the interior decoration, which provided a welcome departure from the generic style that has become the norm at far too many hotels and hotel chains. The effort put into the decoration and art themes merits praise.
The hotel is very well maintained, with super polite and helpful staff. Housekeeping was amazing and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel provides a safe parking lot on the side and in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Unfortunately I did not try the breakfast, but dinner was great, and the restaurant gets nice and crowded in the evenings.
Quirky, fun and bright decor in this budget "boutique" hotel. A tiny bit tired in places but the decor makes up for it and it is exceptionally clean. Everything you need is there but tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would be good, though a shared kitchen downstairs has these facilities. The staff are friendly, efficient and visible!
Centrally located. Room is quite big. Ample power sockets which is so good. Big enough bathroom space which is not that common in other hotels. The staff (Sophia) is super nice.
In the summer it might be hot since there's no airconditioning. Luckily I came when the weather is just nice and opening the window is enough for a cool breeze.
We had an apartment so it was spacious. 1 double bed, and 1 sofa bed. The location is strategic, a few minutes walk from the Marburg railway station and abt. 10 mins walk to the old city; we drove anyway.
The facilities such as pool, sauna were OK. We wanted to have wellness massages but they will fully booked.
The breakfast was not included in the price but was only 8,50 Euros for a rich quality breakfast. I really recommend future visitors to take it. The location of the hotel was easily accessible by walk from almost everywhere around the town. The room was exceptionally clean and it was so comfy.
Room was very quiet, cool and comfortable. Hotel itself was in a great location, right next to the river and other facilities. 5 minute walk into centre if you are visiting the city. Big German breakfast with very friendly staff. Optional take away lunch available.
My four days stay in the Stadthotel Marburg was excellent. The Location was perfect. The room was nice. I really liked the breakfast. And what was super. The staff and in concrete the very friendly, sympathetic woman in the reception.
Villa Vita is the best hotel in Marburg. Great location, large parking lot. The room was small, but comfortable for 1 night. Breakfast was good. Their restaurant - which serves local food was really good. I can only recommend.
The parking facilities are in the same building and the hotel has its own lift to the area. This makes it extremely easy to get the luggage back and forth. Excellent location and easy to find.
Never got the key to enter the property. No response to 13 calls made to get the keys. Had to book another hotel for the stay. The worst experience renting an apartment.
Big (business)hotel. Very near the old centre (opposite of the elevator). Nice breakfastbuffet. But overall a nice but anonimous hotel. Great beds though.
