In my room when I was there. I experienced wi-fi issues For some reason the signal was not reaching my room. I complained about it and they offered to switch my room but I think it might have been a router location issue but other than that this place was exceptional I highly endorse it. Kenny Chicago

The restaurant was not open, however there was a lovely little bar in the court yard. Very friendly guests and staff. There was a takeaway just around the corner.

We loved everything about this wonderful hotel. It’s like staying in a museum. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped with lots of electrical outlets and space for belongings. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat. Free covered parking right outside the door. The proprietor and his wife were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Black Forest. Price was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate reserving here, you won’t be disappointed.

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, all as described, no questions. Fantastic view from the balcony! Very good restaurant with delicious food and friendly people. A really good place for a night stay during your trip. Great quiet place within the town, perfect for an evening walk.
