The staff are all very friendly and helpful. After reading reviews I was a little apprehensive but it was a great location and very safe
The room was simple but clean. I'm not a fan of wet rooms as a bathroom but as I was not sharing with anyone it was fine. Main thing the bathroom was clean. It was super hot so no AC made it tough but the window opened like a door so the breeze was perfect
I like the fact that the lounge is open for most of the day. As I had a late flight I had somewhere to sit and eat during the day.
