When we first started planning, it was so overwhelming with all the options for tours but he helped us through every step with details so we understood exactly what we were getting. In fact, he began helping us a month in advance of booking and was very prompt, professional, and trustworthy with all his suggestions. Not only did he give us the best recommendations, he also organized our private tours with amazing guides which allowed us to be more flexible with our timing and program. To add to that, the guides he gave us spoke English very well and were pleasant company to have. He was also very helpful in resolving issues we had with our room because they initially gave us the wrong room on the cruise but he was able to take care of that immediately without any hassle on our end. Then during our time in Luxor, he personally met with us and was able to spend a wonderful evening on the felucca (wooden sailboat) which became one of our favorite moments during our trip and was a nice touch on his part to accompany us for this activity. Good location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great sunset view from the rooftop restaurant. Had our laundry done within a couple hours. Room was clean and comfortable.
