Location in an industrial estate seemed odd but it worked for me and lorry drivers, reps etc. Easy to find and safe, free parking available. Everything is just great, from the stunning old building , the shabby chic deco, to the nice food, the access to spa and a very nice relaxing massage… perfection! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We visited Pamplona and the lovely little town of Olito, one hour away, highly recommended if you have the time!

Reception staff were excellent and offered us a choice of rooms. Restaurant staff were welcoming and although we did not have a common language, we made ourselves understood. Food was good and plentiful. We were even given a present of fruit and water to take with us on our onward journey.
