Most of the staff were lovely, except a few sour faces however it didnt lower the customer service provided to us in the end.
Location was great, with free Siam Park, Siam Mall and Karting experience busses stopping just outside the hotel.

The facilities were really good, more than one swimming pool, very open plan rooms. A very nice bar and a couple of nice restaurants too. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a pool view which was a bonus.

What a hotel… wow!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with first class service. We got a complimentary upgrade to Solarium Villas which were absolutely stunning. Huge rooms, massive bathrooms, separate closet space, balcony with gorgeous sea views, and then the hot tub with sun loungers on the roof space. Really comfortable beds. I loved the option to have music playing in the room and bathroom. Rooms were cleaned twice daily.
We had the breakfast buffet in the mornings, which had a good selection of your usual breakfast foods.
Really nice pool area with multiple pools. Lots of sun loungers but does get fairly busy.
A quick 15-20min seafront walk to the busier area of bars and restaurants. Or if you need a taxi, the reception can call one and the taxi will arrive in less than 5 minutes.
All the staff are very nice and friendly. Really impressed by the hotel.

The food was excellent and a great choice. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pools were lovely.
Gran Oasis Resort is a luxury aparthotel, set next to Las Américas Golf Course. Set in gardens, this complex has a large outdoor swimming pool and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cho is a small quiet town, supermarket, cafes and eateries close to the hostel. Not much here otherwise. The good thing is it’s right by the motorway, a short drive to some beaches, los Cristianos and the airport
